So much fun! Patrick is a natural storyteller and our group learned alot not only about haunted Savannah but also about some of the rich history of the place. Highly recommend.

Me and the hubby chose to spend our 1st anniversary in Savannah. After a sightseeing/history tour during the day, we decided we want to spend the night exploring the city in a different way. What’s better than following an actual paranormal activity investigator?! Patrick was so passionate in what he does and kept all of us interested the whole tour. He shared his personal encounters with entities (with evidence!) as well as some history of the town. Honestly the almost 2-hour- long walking tour didn’t feel that long at all. He kept it at a good pace and it was really fun.

We were a party of 11 and it was a perfect night for a ghost walk tour. We got lots of history on Savannah and the best part was the Mercer house! Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil was inspired by this majestic historic mansion and the tragedy that took place within its walls. Patrick gave all the background on the story. The teens we were with enjoyed every story told. I would have liked to have done some EVP tests instead of hearing about ones done in the past. Overall it was good.

Thanks for your great review. Your group was a ton of fun and we appreciate your choosing us. We try to get some EVPs done, but some nights the noise on the street (people, other tours, trolley buses) just make it impossible. I hope you tried some on your own, though!

It was a fine experience. He showed his evidence of ghost which was pretty neat. I did that his explanation of the tour was a little different from what occurred. We choose this tour because it said it was going to be more about trying to find them vs. hearing ghost stories. He also said only 15 people would be allowed on the tour. We had at least 23. Overall he was a good guide and we learned some cool information. It just was not what we were hoping for.

You must have confused us with another tour as all of our marketing materials clearly state we are not a ghost hunt, but a walking tour sharing history, personal stories, and evidence.
The City of Savannah allows 30 people max on a single tour and because we are popular, we often sell out. We would never promise anyone a specific number unless you book a private tour.
Hopefully, you were able to take away something positive, as most of our guests do.
