After the San Francisco city tour, you will be dropped off at the Alcatraz terminal where you can enjoy the rest of your day.

Your tour begins in the morning at Fisherman's Wharf, where you meet your guide for a drive around San Francisco. Over the course of the day, you get a look at the city's diverse neighborhoods and geography, stopping at several locations where you can hop off the bus to take photos and look around a bit.

Head to the quaint town of Sausalito for lunch (own expense).

After lunch enjoy a walk through the massive redwood trees in Muir Woods.

Back in the city, board a ferry from Pier 33 for the ride across the bay to Alcatraz Island, home to the former prison of the same name. Enjoy the prison's fascinating audio tour as you explore the cellblock, and then return to Pier 33 on the ferry to end your day tour.

Great overall view of San Francisco in one day!

It was a wonderful day of touring. We were with 2 teens and as hard as it is to please them, they really enjoyed it. They lived Alcatraz, Saulsilito, and billionaires mile. We loved Muir Woods. We felt we got a great history and feel for most of the highlights. Jason was a great guide, would definitely recommend it.

We LOVED our tour! Our guide Pat was the perfect combo of engaging and funny without being too cheesy or chatty. He had tons of knowledge about the city with lots of fun anecdotes along the way. We got to see a ton of the city and really get a sense of it’s character. We highly recommend this tour!!

Very fun and memorable tour. One thing I would change is making a bit more time for food. San Francisco has some very good seafood and we were not able to enjoy it for lunch. Instead we went with some recommendations that were quick and easily attainable in any non touristic location. Besides that, everything else was awesome.

Excellent tour. The morning started out rainy and foggy, but cleared up shortly after the tour began. We got some amazing pictures of Golden Gate and Muir forest was amazing. Our tour guide, Jake gave us a great recommendation for lunch in Sausalito which was Venice Deli. Jake was very knowledgeable about SF and took us to some great locations. Would definitely recommend.

Pat was the best tour guide ever. He was really down to earth. If he didn't know the answer to a question he found it out.
