Worst experience ever. Please save your money!! This company has the worst customer service. Myself nor the guide was able to get a hold of management when issues arose. I will be sharing this horrible experience on every platform that I have available as well as the other 6 people who were present and unfortunately had the same experience.

The view and the falls was amazing. The tour guy was funny, but Not really worth the cost. The price per person was to expensive, it’s something you can do on your own. It was nice to have a tour guide.

Save your money, what they don’t tell you is this is a walking tour, the pictures with their ad are from the Canadian side. You will not see the falls as they advertise. You are going to walk probably over 2 miles and climb several tall sets of stairs. You can do the same tour and see the same thing by driving to the parking area for Maid of the Mist and the one on Goat Island.

You refused to join the tour. The tour is a very relaxing night tour with the photos on Viator from the actual tour and not from the Canadian Side. From the Canadian Side you can not see the full falls with all the illuminating lights the way you can see it from Luna Island. The full tour is only about 1/2 a mile. On the first line of inclusions in says walking tour.

We were told this was a boat tour to the falls. This IS NOT a boat tour to the falls. It is a walking tour. Wouldn't recommend--hard to trust people now days!

The tour guide was ok wasn't he's problem. But the over charge for this trip because they even charge for children. That not right because there is no charge to get to the park at night this is a rip-off if you go to the niagara fall don't need to get this package because if you go during the day first you already know the park because at night you are going to the same place. Not happy at all.

We did not even take the tour we had reserved. We were not aware that it is ENTIRELY a walking tour…almost 3 miles without any vehicular assistance. One third of those who had reserved left. Viator needs to post a disclaimer about the length of the tour , and expand on what a “walking tour” means. There is no indication of its route, length, or warnings for those who cannot walk distances. We have requested a refund as have others. Very disappointed as Viator has been great in other locations.

The description clearly states this is a walking guided tour. It is not 3 miles. It is a little less than a mile but we do go into the state park so you can get postcard view of the waterfalls and we take you were you can stand in between the falls and be able to touch the water. Buses can not go into the State Park.

I truly enjoyed the tour with Nick. He was kind, knowledgeable, respectful and enthusiastic. This made it better for being a tourist to be more engaged with it all. The beauty in itself is amazing but the knowledge provided on the tour helps heighten the experience. Highly recommend

Our tour was amazing, Kellie was joined by Cheri for our tour last night. They were both very informative and very pleasant to be around. They interacted well with our small group (4), and answered all our questions. Cheri was training and knows all things about Buffalo and the Niagara Falls area, Great Job Cheri. Kellie has stories about everything, she made the tour very enjoyable. I would recommend this tour to anyone that is interested in the Falls and it’s history.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative. He also provided water and snacks. We were able to view all the falls within an hour. Please bring comfortable shoes as it is a bit of a walk, but way worth it.

This tour was a total sham when we booked tour we were told that it would be a boat tour ride, we asked the sales agent many times about the boat tour and also the tour was supposed to be for 90 min it was barely an hour tour guide had a potty mouth and just didn’t seem knowledgeable about NF he shared his personal stories. We were very disappointed we could assess the park for free and read for ourselves, shut this tour down and refund our money immediately!

Experience was well worth every penny. Our tour guide Kelly was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating in every way. Such a sweetheart! The falls were absolutely gorgeous at night. It’s a must do! Kelly took our pictures and captured every memory…..because of her our experience was five stars!
