Following a hotel pickup, experience Niagara Falls from the American side. An expert guide begins this scenic and informative bus tour by sharing a bit of the history about Niagara Falls and the surrounding area.

Cruise up the Niagara River and feel the rush of the falls as you travel on the Maid of the Mist before descending 175ft (53m) into the Cave of the Winds for an unforgettable experience.

Then cross over into Canada (A valid passport is required) and experience a spectacular view from the Skylon Tower. There’s also Table Rock Centre, the closest viewpoint of the falls on the Canadian side.

Also on the itinerary is a visit to Whirlpool State Park, overlooking the Niagara Whirlpool with spectacular views of the swirling waters of the rapids, the whirlpool itself and the Niagara River.

The Best of Both Niagara Falls American/Canadian Tour is well worth the money. Being a first time visitor to the area, it was important that we see as much as we could on the day we were there. Viator helped us make the most of our time. The Maid of the Mist boat ride was the highlight!

The tour had so much packed into it. It was well worth the cost of the tour. The tour guide was delightful!!! Lunch is the only weak point but I can understand with the time limits. With that being said I would go on this tour again in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely lady as our Bus Driver/Tour Guide. Due to the little rain we had that day she re-organised how and i what order we were to see the various attractions. There was a shop attached to the eatery but we did not have a lot of time to go through it. A GREAT Day.

This was an awesome tour. Ed our driver was great. We were picked up at our hotel and then later dropped back off. We got to see both sides of the falls, walked the cave of the mist and rode the Maid of the Mist without lines or hassles. Well worth the time and money.

I booked this tour online and paid full price. I found a lower price a few days before my trip and notified Viator. Within hours, they had sent an email saying they would refund my credit card for the difference. I checked my card the next day and there was the credit. Really easy to use low price guarantee. This is the way to go. We stayed at a B&B but was able to arrange pickup at a nearby hotel. Toured both the American and Canadian side and didn’t have to fuss with parking; standing in lines for tickets; driving or anything! Very pleased.

In a word... excellent. The tour hits the main attractions pertinent to the Falls. It gives a look at both sides so you can plan any further excursions. Our guide and driver, Ed, was fabulous. Courteous, prompt and quite knowledgeable of the entire area, providing facts and history, and ready to answer questions. We were picked up as promised and all went smoothly. It packs a lot into the 6 or so hours needed and as I said, give the perfect overview of the area. We did this on out first day there so we knew what else to see on our own. Highly recommend.

First of all...shout out to our tour guide, Ed. He was very accommodating and FULL of information. The tour length was perfect for our 3 kids (ages 9, 11,& 13)...about 5 hours...including stops for Maid of the Mist, the Skylon Tower and lunch. We would definitely use Bedore Tours again...when Journey Behind the Falls was closed due to an extremely rare power outage, they even refunded the cost of our tickets. Great fun and amazing way to experience both the American and Canadian sides of Niagara!

Great tour and knowledgeable guide Martha. Pickup at hotel on time and taken to all the activities with no waiting in line. Bus tour of the Canadian side with history and photo stops. Bedore Tours called me when I got home to Texas to tell me of pictures I left on the bus! I knew I lost them but didn't know where.

Other than the ferry ride and entry into Behind the Falls, the other sites can be missed if one does not have the time. The Whirlpool, hydro-electric power plant and flower clock are not very exciting. If you want to save money, just visit the Cave of the Winds on Goat Island, USA side is much better than Behind the Falls and the ferry ride on Maid of the Mist USA side would be the same as the ferry on the Canadian side. Entry to these places at the USA side is much cheaper than Canada. In essence, this tour is not value for money.
