Great trip but they want you to tip
Kimberly_U
, Aug 2022
It was a great trip, the driver had a great sense of humor and the tour guide was very informative. My only critique is that we were not told that tips were expected for the the driver AND tour guide. We did not bring cash so it was just awkward.

A great snapshot of Quebec

It was a good tour for anyone short on time and to get a taste of Quebec. The driver and guide were friendly, informative and safe. I would suggest it be made clear that tips are on top of the cost of the tour and perhaps a tipping guide, as many people come from countries where it is not a custom to tip, subsequently I did not have much money with me to tip.

Nice brief overview of Quebec City. Makes you wish you had more time to spend there.

Although we did not have guide on our bus, Frank our driver was great! I felt like we were in very good hands while in transit and around the city! Pierre, our guide in Quebec City was knowledgeable, funny, informative. Our tour was on the day Pope Francis was leaving, so some streets were closed, or in the process of reopening, leading to unexpected changes in the route Pierre had planned in the city. Changes were skillfully handled by Frank and Pierre and we didn’t miss a thing!

I'm so happy I booked this tour. Quebec City is a beautiful city with rich history and culture. Katya (sp.?) was an excellent guide and she made me want to go back and explore the city more. Don't miss booking this tour!

Good trip.

The ride is pleasant but long. Bring something to do! The city itself is very pretty. What there is to do is: admire the cobblestone streets, take the funicular, go shopping, eat at cafes or candy/ice cream shops, shopping, and shopping. Also--shopping. Cost-effective way to see this city.

Don't Book With Them

Our trip to Canada was not able to happen as planned. We gave the required notice to cancel our trip. We did not receive the refund that we were due of almost $400! That is a lot of money for a trip we could not take!!!

It's just an ok tour

We took the tour, nothing special. 3 hours break for lunch is just too long. They should have added more destinations in between. It took 3 hours from Montreal to Quebec just to have a 3 hours lunch is not good.

The city and tour guide was excellent. Its like visiting Europe. I found the people friendly and bilingual. I recommend the tour. However the bus driver Richard left a lot to be desired. He spoke about getting a tip numerous times. And as people exited the bus if they didn't tip he mentioned it (very unprofessional) we were to leave Quebec 4:45 most were back by 4:40 he would not get on the bus and turn on AC Because he needed another cigarette

Fun day in Quebec

Great sunny day In Quebec. The falls are beautiful! Nice people. Bus ride is long. It’s 3 hours. Not 2. Would have loved a little more time at falls and a little more touring in Quebec. Too much free time, as it’s mainly restaurants and not a ton of stores.

A family member was injured exiting the bus. Driver (Richard) showed no concern and provided minimal assistance aside from recommending ice. The tour itself was worthwhile and the guide informative, but we unable to fully participate due to the injury. The bus smelled of smoke as the driver was a chain smoker (although he never smoked on the bus). He was talkative and bypassed areas of congestion for a timely arrival. The recommended restaurant was very slow in service (2 hr wait) and the food was mediocre.. Quebec is a beautiful city and this was an excellent way to see it first-hand for those with limited time.

Good but only 10 mins at the Falls so no point in going!
Lynn_S
, Jul 2022
Overall was a nice tour but it should not include the Falls. We were there for 10 mins while we could have spent more time to enjoy the things there. We had to spend more money and go back on our own when this was supposed to be included in the price. Why even go and advertise the Falls.

Excellent mix of tour styles

Great day trip to see beautiful Quebec. Enjoyed the mix of a walking tour, bus tour, and free time to go exploring. Driver and guide were both great, would go again.

Great visit in a shaking bus
Clemens_v
, Jul 2022
Totally friendly bus driver and guide who made the visit memorable. However, the bus trip there was barely tolerable because bus number 88022 had very badly balanced front wheels that caused unpleasant and annoying shaking vibrations and resulting clatter and noise.
