Solo trip Boston

Bunker and matty great tour guides learned something new every time the tour brings the history to life
Murph was an awesome tour guide
, May 2022
We really loved touring Boston on the Hop on Hop Off Bus. Out of all the drivers, Murph was the most professional and full of knowledgeable information about Boston’s rich history. He is the reason this experience gets 5 stars. You could really see the passion he had for this city. The other drivers were a little careless when it came to obeying the traffic laws. They ran red lights, ran up on curbs, almost hit a woman, and made distasteful jokes.
Some pros and cons
, May 2022
Getting on our first time we waited for 45 minutes! That was terrible! Then everyone has to disembark at stop 1. I understand when it’s your first time and you need to exchange the voucher for tickets but after that first time you should be able to remain in the bus and continue on instead of having to exit and then wait in line to get on! One of the tour guides was really hard to hear-and was actually kinda rude about people being quiet. It was simply his voice and not speaking loud enough. We heard the others fine. Most were great and very knowledgeable. Enjoyed seeing the overview of the city. Even though Bunker Hill and Cambridge were closed stops we don’t understand why the bus didn’t at least drive by on the regular route. We would have liked to drive. Y the areas anyway.
We want our money back.

8 of us purchased tickets in the morning in Cambridge. We went to the bus stop as pet the directions. The trolley never came!! When we called customer service to ask they said the stop was closed. When I explained that the stop had directions noted on the online map, the rep only said “we’ll it’s been closed for a year and there are no refunds”
Best Way to get Around Boston.

The best way to get around Boston. Great way to get the lay of the land and see some of the best Boston sights. The only thing I would like is if there was a stop closer to the Fine Arts Museum.

Enjoyed the trip but the stops are very poorly marked. We looked for a good while for stop #9. “Bug” was a great tour leader.
Excellent tour.

May 14, 2022. All of the drivers were good, but Regan was the best - very informative and great delivery.
Boston in a day!

This is a great way to view Boston highlights! I can't imagine driving around an area you are unfamiliar with! The stops were great! The drivers give great narratives! We didn't have to wait too long for the next trolley!
Great experience of Boston
, May 2022
We had a great time seeing the sights and and hearing about the history of Boston. The first day we drove the entire trip with Murphy. After that, we had many driver's. Can't name them all, but wasn't disappointed with any of them.
